Spencer is a climate-focused venture builder, advisor, and strategist. His sustainability journey began at Tishman Speyer, a leading PE real estate firm, before spending eight years at McKinsey as an Associate Partner, co-leading sustainability and green business building in Greater China.
He has worked with 30+ organizations across transportation, energy, industrials, and private equity, to drive climate-aligned growth.
